An anonymous comment from a participant last year:

I found this course incredibly helpful and wish I would've had some of these lessons and skills when I was in the military. It seems in the military we're just expected to know how to lead, but now with these skills I have more confidence that I will do it correctly. Thank you Michael, I'll definitely keep in touch.

From the Program Director, Michael Wiederman, PhD

For the first 20 years of my career I was a clinical psychology professor, so psychology is the lens I bring to my work. To me, leadership development is nearly synonymous with development of emotional intelligence, so the focus of this program is developing the central tool for success as a leader–you. In the process of working as the director of leadership and professional development at two different medical schools I developed and conducted leadership development programs for students, residents, faculty, and administrators. I’m excited to share with you this latest opportunity for personal and professional development. I hope you decide to join us, and allow me the opportunity to get to know you.
