Here is the latest evolution of a popular, cost-effective program to aid rising chief residents in their leadership development as they prepare to face the unique challenges of the year ahead.  Each live session is independent and offered four times, so chiefs can participate according to their schedules.

The content for each 2-hour Zoom session is evidence-based, practical, and interactive.  Last year more than 150 residents from across the US and Canada participated.  In an anonymous follow-up evaluation, 100% of respondents indicated "yes" to the statement "I would recommend this program for next year's chiefs."

Tuition is $100 each for individual sessions, or $250 for all three sessions.  Register 2-3 chiefs from the same residency program for $500 total, or 4 or more chiefs for $700 total. New this year: I now offer a private, concentrated 4-hour program exclusively for your chiefs on their schedule, conducted in whatever blocks of time work best, for $1000.
