Monthly, via Zoom, second Friday afternoons (12:30-4:00 pm CT), Sept. 2022--May 2023

This 9-month personalized, interactive leadership development program is designed to facilitate your personal and professional transformation.  The program is aimed at individuals engaged in any type of leadership role, regardless of degree of previous formal leadership training.  Due to the focused nature of the program, enrollment is limited to a maximum of 20 participants.

  • Leader as Emotionally Intelligent (Sept. 16)
  • Leader as Model Follower (Oct. 14)
  • Leader as Master of Self (Nov. 11)
  • Leader as Resilient Facilitator of a Healthy Culture (Dec. 9)
  • Leader as Teacher and Persuader (Jan. 18)
  • Leader as Coach, Mentor, and Developer of People (Feb. 10)
  • Leader as Builder of Teams and Teamwork (March 10)
  • Leader as Resolver of Conflict (April 14)
  • Leader as Agent of Change (May 12)

   What is Included:

  • Nine monthly 3-1/2-hour interactive class sessions (30+ hours) to learn, practice, and receive feedback
  • Books, handouts, and guides to support and extend learning
  • Ongoing online discussion group for the cohort to pose questions, offer advice, and share observations
  • Weekly email prompts to facilitate reflection and application to daily experience
  • Certificate of completion

   Cost:  $1790 (check, credit card, Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal), fully refundable up to the date of the second session

I’m excited to share this unique opportunity that represents the culmination of 7 years of iterative development of leadership development programming for individuals at varied levels of professional responsibility and experience. I was a clinical psychology professor for the first 20 years of my career, so psychology is the lens I bring to most of my work in professional development.  To me, leadership development is nearly synonymous with growth of emotional intelligence.  So instead of learning to read a balance sheet, negotiate a contract, or create a strategic plan, the focus of this program is developing the central tool for success as a leader – you!  I hope you decide to join us in this endeavor, in which case I look forward to getting to know the you of now and who you will become.
